And what a “thing” that is. Holy shit, thanks for letting us all enjoy the new ride, Tucson. Driving/riding this is like playing the coolest video game ever. The performance of this thing was really surprising in stock form and I think that’s the only time we’ll see it that way as I’m told the transformation has begun. Can’t wait for you to bring it out again and the next time we get a dozer out, which may not be long thanks to Brian and Eric, I say we make a few specific track sections for that.
Have no fear, the Chiva Knievel Dirt Bike Series is not dead. Quite the contrary, it is about to begin. And THIS is where I need the feedback from you loyal followers. Round number one of the series is either going to be the weekend of October 3rd-4th or the weekend of October 17th-18th. I realize we won’t all be able to make every round in the coming year, and that’s part of the game, but it sure would be nice to get as many as possible there for round 1. I would really like for all involved to meet, check out the upcoming tracks, and have a banger of a race on “The Original” pit bike track. The Original has elevation changes, plenty of deep berms, and lots of shade but no real jumps to speak of. Therefore everyone can get their race on and get warmed up for the series without worrying about tearing things up or being at a disadvantage due to the jumps. So, if ya’ll could please use the comments section on here to vote on the date it would be visible to all and very helpful.

Vote for Round 1
In the last post I mentioned a ride day at the Creek. Brian and Mike showed up at the house on Sunday and we soon realized that out of the 3 of us Brian was the only one 100% healthy. So we just took my 100 and headed over. Grant showed up soon after with his 100. Then we had 2 healthy riders, 2 bikes, and 1 utility quad for Mike and I to cruise around on and use as a chair. We were still expecting Tucson, Hollis, Bobby, and Cheatbike Eddie. Well, it turns out that HoLeeFok doesn’t have the summoning power that I was hoping for and only 1 of those cats showed and he didn’t have a 100. Says he didn’t have the money. Yet he DID have the money for this brand new…thing.
