I talked with Jimmy last night. He’s got a lot of work on his plate and he's not 100% sure if he can make it this weekend or what day if he can, but he wants to. I’ve spoken with some of you about being there when the dozer is there for input/testing so I’m just giving you a heads up.
In the past we’ve spent dozer time building big stuff. What I’d like to do with this day is put some easy and fun lines around the biggest jumps so it flows for everyone. Speakin of flow, that’s the other thing that I plan to work on. There are a lot of little details here and there that I’d like to fix. (bigger berms, better drainage, smoother transitions over the water drainage sections, etc…) One thing that I know we are doing is taking out the S-section prior to the whoops. It was built with the intention of jumping the drainage through that ditch but then we changed all of that. I’m also not a fan of the new section in the field under the big powerlines. It’s too slow and I plan to open that up considerably.
I know, sounds like a lot and we only have enough cash for 1 day and that’s with Jimmy being extremely generous as always. Who knows how much we’ll really get done. Thanks to everyone who has helped out!
